What is plogging?

By the end of the 2-week programme, every student leaves with six concrete capabilities directly relevant to university applications.

Plogging combines the Swedish words plocka upp (to pick up) and jogga (to jog). First practised in Stockholm in 2016, it has grown into a global movement turning outdoor exercise into environmental stewardship.
