In ancient times the Huizhou region was an area encompassing Huangshan city, Jixi County of Anhui Province, and Wuyuan County in northeastern Jiangxi Province.
It had a major influence on Chinese culture, cuisine, architecture, and history.
This trip will take us to Huangshan City where we will head hike along an ancient trail connecting 2 villages. We will head over to Mt Qiyun, one of the Four Sacred Mountains of Taoism. There, you will find rock inscriptions along the way and the Danxia formations at the summit.

08:41 – Board the high-speed train to Huangshan city from Hongqiao railway station
11:05-12:30 – Arrive at Huangshan and drive to Qiyun Mount.
12:30-13:30 – Local specialty lunch
13:30-17:30 – Hiking Qiyun Mount. (with one way Cable car up)
17:30-18:30 – Local specialty dinner
19:00 – Check in the hotel after visiting Tunxi old town
